" Gaspar is a hidden gem in Old Montreal! We stumbled upon it while wandering and what a discovery it was. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection with a lovely crust and succulent inside. The wine selection was also impressive and paired beautifully with our meals. Our server was polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed as the restaurant was busier than expected for a Wednesday night. " Delightful experience at Gaspar! We celebrated a friend's birthday and the service was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu. We started with a charcuterie board, which was well curated and delicious. The duck confit for mains was incredibly tender, paired perfectly with a side of creamy polenta. Every bite was full of flavor. We couldn't resist dessert either, so we shared the chocolate mousse. It was the perfect end to a fabulous meal! We're definitely making this a regular spot!
